Multifactor Authentication Specialist

This is a key role that requires a deep understanding of identity protocols and enterprise security frameworks.

We are looking for an expert who can drive the migration project from legacy solutions to modern multifactor authentication platforms with minimal disruption to services and user experience.

The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on MFA technologies, particularly Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator. They will provide technical guidance and support for integration and troubleshooting, collaborating with architecture teams to design robust MFA solutions that meet the security needs of our organization while complying with industry regulations.

The successful candidate will develop and enforce MFA policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed in line with our security framework. They will also provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on MFA processes and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of the new system.

To ensure the effectiveness of our MFA solution, we need someone who can implement monitoring solutions to track MFA usage, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management regarding MFA effectiveness and potential improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on Multifactor Authentication solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of successful migrations.
