Job Description

A Data Migration Specialist is required to spearhead the transition from Fivetran to Nexla, with Snowflake as the target data platform. This role involves ensuring a smooth migration, maintaining data quality, and enabling scalable operations across multiple workloads.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in migrating ETL pipelines and plugins from Fivetran into Nexla/Snowflake. Strong knowledge of Snowflake, Python for scripting, PySpark, DBT, and API-driven data integrations is essential.

The successful Data Migration Specialist will design and maintain ETL pipelines using Python, PySpark, DBT, and related tools. They will build and optimize API-based integrations (authentication, pagination, automation) and ensure data quality, consistency, and monitoring across pipelines.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities. The Data Migration Specialist must be able to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
