This role involves establishing best practices for model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement, ensuring safe and ethical LLM usage through robust security, compliance, and responsible AI guardrails.

Closely partner with data science, research, and product teams to streamline the LLM lifecycle, building and managing Ops automation pipelines for dataset updates, retraining, and model versioning.

Evaluate and implement tools for cost optimization and performance tuning in large-scale environments, providing technical leadership and mentorship to teams on LLMOps methodologies.
