Senior Machine Learning Operations Specialist

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for deploying and scaling machine learning models in cloud environments? Do you have a strong background in building and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or cloud-native tools?

This role requires someone who can containerize and orchestrate workloads with Docker and Kubernetes, manage infrastructure via Terraform or CloudFormation, and implement model registries, feature stores, and observability using MLflow, Feast, Prometheus, and Grafana.

As a Senior Machine Learning Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models for personalization, recommendations, and NLP. Proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, SQL) is essential.

Bonus skills include experience with real-time machine learning serving, A/B testing, or media/recommender systems. A nice-to-have qualification includes knowledge of experiment design and causal inference, as well as exposure to real-time machine learning serving platforms like KFServing, Seldon, and Ray Serve.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
