Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with real estate brokers in an allocated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers through regular visits, networking events, and other business development activities.
  • Source and qualify new leads through your network of real estate brokers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Highly motivated individual who is target-driven and flexible with work timings/schedule and availability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and its players.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
