Digital Customer Experience Developer

The Role

We seek a skilled developer to create, manage, and optimize digital customer experiences using Adobe Experience Manager.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results through effective digital experience delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Transforming Designs: Converting design mockups into pixel-perfect web pages.
  • Front-End Development: Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that is thoroughly tested and well-documented.
  • Integration: Coordinating with front-end developers to integrate front-end deliverables with the AEM content management system (CMS). Knowledge of integration fundamentals with REST APIs.
  • Release Management: Releasing frontend code changes from lower environments through to production.
  • Enhancing Existing Systems: Running tests to evaluate software builds, debugging, and enhancing existing AEM systems.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 3 years of working experience in digital customer experience development in a private, public, or government environment.
  • 3 years of development of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • 3 years of expertise in front-end frameworks, for example React/Node Js/Angular.
  • 3 years of experience with modern UX development and responsive design.
  • 1 year of working with Adobe AEM and its components.
Preferred Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
