Front-End Developer – Digital Customer Experience

Are you passionate about building high-performance digital experiences and driving revenue through experimentation? We're looking for a Front-End Developer to lead the development and optimization of our customer-facing platforms. This role is central to delivering a consistent, scalable conversion rate optimization program across marketing, ecommerce, sales, and customer success workflows.

What You'll Do

Own the experimentation strategy and roadmap, defining KPIs aligned with business goals and revenue growth across OpCos.

Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Digital CX Technology, and Enterprise Apps teams to identify and operationalize high-impact testing opportunities.

Design, implement, and analyze experiments across key customer touchpoints—such as websites, ecommerce flows, lead handling, and service enablement.

Manage and scale experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely) and analytics tools (e.g., MS Fabric, Power BI) to support rapid iteration and continuous learning.

Develop and maintain front-end components using modern frameworks (e.g., React, ), ensuring performance, accessibility, and SEO compliance.

Configure and maintain tracking systems to ensure accurate data collection and actionable insights.

Coordinate with offshore and partner teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of test initiatives.

Foster a culture of experimentation by embedding data-driven decision-making into the digital customer experience lifecycle.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on digital customer experience and experimentation.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.

Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize) and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, MS Fabric).

Strong understanding of tracking configurations, tag management, and performance optimization.

Proven ability to translate business hypotheses into testable experiments and deliver measurable outcomes.

Excellent collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ecommerce platforms and digital marketing technologies.

Familiarity with backend development and API integration.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards (WCAG).

Background in data analysis, visualization, and experimentation frameworks.

Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
