\unordered list type: • Managing the overall customer experience • Analyzing data and insights to drive customer growth success and marketing Strategies • Playing a key role in goal setting and strategy for all accounts and tracking the success of Pixis solutions provided to the customer • Acting as an AI marketing solutions expert to identify, create, and implement marketing solutions to achieve measurable business results for our partners • Designing metrics and measures for determining the ROI on Pixis products and becoming an evangelist for all Pixis products by educating clients on product solutions and best practices • Effectively addressing customer satisfaction and managing a diverse set of issues until resolved • Understanding and assessing customer requirements, level of adoption of the service and assessing the risk in renewing the current contract • Building a thorough understanding of client's brand, business, customers and competitive landscape and providing strategic guidance in building requisite digital marketing initiatives • Developing industry best practices, media strategies and benchmarking initiatives for various business use cases • Generating reports and presenting performance snapshots to internal stakeholders-
