Community Growth Specialist

We are looking for a Community Growth Specialist to manage and nurture our global family across social platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building genuine connections and daily engagement.

This role is perfect for someone who loves creating a welcoming space and turning followers into loyal supporters. You will help us achieve this by managing multiple social media platforms, engaging with followers, monitoring conversations, and supporting email communications.

We are seeking someone with excellent written communication skills and a natural, empathetic voice. Organized and reliable, you will be able to manage multiple conversations daily. A passion for community building, customer interaction, or related fields is a plus.

  • Manage and grow our community across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu).
  • Actively post content and keep groups and communities active on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Engage daily with followers: reply to DMs, comments, and share meaningful interactions.
  • Monitor conversations, sentiment, and feedback to help shape future campaigns.
  • Support email communications by gathering FAQs and customer insights.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to align tone and campaigns.
