Remote Growth Analyst Job Description

This is a challenging opportunity to join our team as a skilled contractor and contribute to driving data-driven growth and excellence.

We are seeking an expert Remote Growth Analyst with a proven track record of success in mobile app and SaaS growth strategies, analytics, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with data engineers to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process AppsFlyer raw data for analytical purposes.
  • He/She will also develop complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights.
About the Role:
  • We are looking for someone who can build and maintain advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation across channels.
  • The ideal candidate will create and maintain interactive dashboards in Metabase to visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics for stakeholders.
  • They will also design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
