Job Title
A key role in developing and executing consumer activation strategies, focusing on driving business outcomes through creativity and collaboration.
- Develop an annual set of activities and drive them to execution, measuring impact on brands.
- Ensure a clear strategy for each sub-brand, aligning with business objectives and measuring the impact on the brand.
- Build and leverage consumer databases for future engagement.
- Drive participation in rural areas and explore regional festivals.
- Optimize costs through negotiation and cost-effective models.
- Identify new touch points to engage consumers through sampling and selling.
- Utilize technology, including AR/VR and meta, to create campaigns and measure their impact.
- Continuously create and update consumer databases, covering behavioral questions and feedback.
- Review finance trackers and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Manage agencies, showcasing best practices in activation and digital projects.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of activation and event management, with FMCG experience as an asset.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong collaborative and team-building skills.
- Strategic thinking to develop and execute plans within timelines and budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Measure performance using metrics like productivity, sales lift, and brand health.
