  • Community Building & Engagement: Develop and implement effective community building and engagement strategies to foster a sense of belonging and loyalty among community members.
  • Content Curation & Moderation: Curate and create high-quality content relevant to the community, and actively moderate discussions to ensure a positive and constructive environment.
  • Online Event Management: Plan, organize, promote, and execute engaging online events (e.g., webinars, workshops, virtual conferences) that showcase thought leadership and expertise.
  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support community growth.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key industry influencers to amplify our message, expand reach, and drive community participation.
  • Speaker Coordination: Liaise with speakers for both online and offline events, managing schedules, content requirements, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Market Analysis & GTM Strategy: Analyze market trends and community insights to identify new market opportunities and inform business decisions.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Collect and analyze community feedback, providing actionable insights to internal teams for product/service improvement.
