We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to develop and maintain strategic client relationships, ensuring strong partnerships and driving long-term business value.

  • Manage and grow key client relationships through tailored solutions and expert advice.
  • Understand client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver effective services.
  • Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions to align with client objectives.
  • Represent the client internally by working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct executive-level discussions and align solutions with client needs.
  • Use data and market insights to provide recommendations and measurable value.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and technology trends to advise clients effectively.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex enterprise relationships.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
