Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary E-commerce Strategy & Operations Lead to manage our day-to-day operations for clients including marketplaces, payment wallets, delivery aggregators, and online transport networks across India.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute long-term e-commerce strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead nationwide seller acquisition, onboarding, and performance management across categories.
  • Manage key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead and mentor a multi-tiered team including Managers, TLs, and Sales Executives.

  • Fluent in English & Hindi
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
