Job Title:

E-commerce Operations Professional


The role involves overseeing day-to-day e-commerce operations across multiple marketplaces and D2C channels. This includes coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, managing warehouse stock levels, and monitoring performance metrics.


  • Coordinate with 3PL partners to manage the flow of goods and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.

Strong working knowledge of OMS and WMS platforms.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
