The role of Cluster Head Agronomist offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced agronomist to take on a leadership position and drive growth in our agricultural cluster.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee production and operations for the cluster, ensuring efficient management of resources.
  • Develop and execute production planning, logistics, and customer delivery metrics within the cluster.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to forecast market demand and plan production accordingly, promoting timely supply chain optimization.
  • Establish relationships with network farmers, fostering compliance with company practices and best farming methods.
  • Mobilize and train suitable farmers to adopt regenerative organic production techniques.
  • Monitor farming activities to ensure adherence to industry standards and minimize chemical usage.
  • Manage collection centers at each Rural Activity Centre (RAC), receiving produce from network farmers, sorting, grading, and storage.
  • Guarantee high-quality produce and work closely with operations teams to supply produce to the Collection centre/Distribution Centre.
  • Plan RAC level input production according to vegetable production plans, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
  • Partner with technical teams to implement the latest science in regenerative agriculture and provide valuable feedback from the field.
  • Optimize costs and explore opportunities for expansion across multiple locations in the same region.
