We are seeking a strategic advisor to join our team and contribute to the development of our business.

  • Maintain forecasts on key non-financial metrics, extract insights from reports and provide recommendations to support informed decision-making.
  • Gather, manage and consolidate internal datasets and external data based on project requirements to drive business growth.
  • Draft a bi-weekly industry activity report for leadership highlighting trends and developments.
  • Support the intelligence lead in drafting thought leadership pieces for executive leadership on specific areas, peers and upcoming regulations.
  • Owning workstreams in projects and acting as an expert in data visualization to effectively communicate insights.
  • Analysing investment opportunities across different themes to identify potential risks and returns.

About the Role:

This role requires experience working in a strategy or consulting role in a financial services firm and helping stakeholders with a wide range of needs. You bring strong research skills, presentation abilities and at least six years of experience in strategy consulting roles with a focus on research within the financial services domain.

Required Skills:

  • Strong academic background including a degree in Finance with 6+ years of experience working in the banking industry or relevant experience in payment strategy.
  • Strategic planning and insight generation experience.
  • Experience coordinating and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel programming skills with a technical and analytical mindset.
  • Sound knowledge of economic and financial markets databases.
