The founders, Anuj Srivastava and Ramakant Sharma, are former Google and Myntra executives, respectively. They have raised around USD 450 million in capital from leading global investors, including KKR, Ingka Group Investments, TPG Growth, Goldman Sachs, and others.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager to lead digital channel revenue growth strategies for cities. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and running experiments across the digital funnel, from demand generation to sales conversion, aiming to improve revenue.

If you're interested in working at the intersection of performance marketing, pre-sales, sales, product development, and data analysis to identify opportunities for growing revenue and implement strategies, we would like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Conversion Strategy: Monitor sales conversion for cities, including month-on-month growth across different business units. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and execute experiments to achieve them.
  • Experience Center Visit Strategy: Work closely with sales teams to monitor and improve footfalls across various experience centers in cities. Understand levers such as follow-up time, pitch improvement, and supply-demand matching to increase footfall and revenue.
  • Demand Intelligence and Forecast: Understand and forecast demand based on previous years' data analysis, property sales, and handover reports. Analyze customer personas and behavioral patterns to improve EC visits and conversion.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and measure data across various digital touchpoints to monitor revenue performance and bookings. Set up technical foundations and metric tracking for customer journey stages.
  • Experimentation: Develop a data-driven experiment approach to prioritize, test, and evaluate conversions at different customer journey stages. Create frameworks and processes for end-to-end experiment execution and scaling up in case of success.
  • Customer Focus: Connect directly or conduct surveys with customers to receive feedback on user experiences, influencing new marketing strategies. Improve customer experiences by refining business processes, leading to greater customer satisfaction and awareness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing & Revenue Generation.
  • Expertise in translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Able to pivot quickly and make fast decisions based on changing needs in a high-growth environment.
  • Strategic mindset that can see beyond day-to-day operations to help the business achieve long-term customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
