The Role

This key position involves overseeing the city's financial performance, managing operations with a team of experienced professionals, and driving revenue management, expense control, and cost optimization in food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration and Hostel Operations Optimization: Streamline administrative processes and hostel operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • PAN India-level Reporting: Develop a centralized Management Information System (MIS) for comprehensive reporting and data analysis.
  • Property Setup and Transformation: Establish new properties and transform existing ones by setting up teams and implementing operational strategies.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage budgets, fee collection, and ledger maintenance to ensure financial stability.
  • Vendor and Canteen Management: Handle vendor relationships, canteen operations, and catering services to maintain quality standards.
  • Compliance and Estate Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements at each property and oversee estate management activities.
  • Housekeeping and Security: Supervise housekeeping staff and implement effective security measures to ensure a safe environment.
  • Transportation Management: Coordinate pick and drop services for residents.
  • Cost Reduction and Market Growth: Analyze costs, identify areas for reduction, and contribute to market share growth.
  • Operational Centralization: Streamline operations to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience in Food and Beverage management.
  • Minimum 10 outlets managed previously.
  • Hotel management degree or equivalent.
  • Proven team handling skills.
  • A problem-solving attitude.
