Job Role

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of our facilities, including administrative tasks, customer service, and facility maintenance.

  • Communication: You will communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management, to ensure that everyone is informed and up-to-date on facility-related matters.
  • Problem Solving: You will identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring that the facilities operate smoothly and that customer needs are met.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
