Main Responsibilities:
  1. Effectively distribute customer complaints to the appropriate teams for swift resolution.
  2. Arrange customer appointments for issue resolution.
  3. Process and track all expenses related to facilities management.
  4. Escalation management for facilities-related queries.
  5. Document maintenance and hygiene.
