Renal Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Renal Specialist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Renal Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with kidney diseases, including diagnosing and managing acute and chronic kidney conditions.

About the Role:

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases, including dialysis and hemodialysis procedures.
• Provide pre- and post-kidney transplant care in collaboration with transplant teams.
• Conduct patient consultations, follow-ups, and long-term disease management.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Cardiology, Critical Care, Urology, Endocrinology, and others.
• Participate in hospital quality improvement programs and clinical audits.

Requirements:

• MBBS from a recognized medical college (mandatory).
• MD (General Medicine) followed by DM (Nephrology) or equivalent DNB (Nephrology) from an NMC-recognized institute (mandatory).
• Proven clinical expertise in dialysis, hemodialysis, and transplant nephrology.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary hospital environment.
