Job Opportunity:

Leadership Role in Service and Application

We are seeking an experienced leader to lead our Service and Application team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Diagnostics instruments service sector and customer handling.

About the Job:
  • This is a leadership role that involves guiding and supporting the Service and Application/Technical team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing various service/Application norms and guidelines.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality systems in the service and Application team, ensuring smooth implementation in the field, and optimizing resource utilization by outsourcing services to Franchisee partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Manage and maintain spare parts inventory and control of SAN (Storage Area Network).
  • Collaborate with principals on product development and negotiation of products and spares.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15-17 years of experience in Diagnostics instruments service sector and customer handling.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to guide and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
