About the Role
The position of Compliance Lead is a unique opportunity to combine global leadership with on-the-ground delivery of a new Collective Action initiative focused on sanctions compliance.
This role includes full project ownership—from designing partnerships and training content to overseeing implementation.
In addition, you will lead workstreams on compliance, governance, and Environmental Social Governance (ESG), collaborating with compliance professionals from our 200+ member companies and international partners.
- Support members worldwide in navigating anti-corruption regulations.
- Oversee and further develop compliance tools and resources, based on industry needs and regulatory trends.
- Lead training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance, including in-person and online modules.
- Support due diligence initiatives and liaise with external providers.
Compliance Leadership
As a Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective compliance strategies and procedures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
- Providing guidance and support to members on anti-corruption regulations and compliance matters.
