About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Growth Officer to lead our B2B product efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, activation, and revenue growth for our B2B product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for rapid user acquisition, engagement, activation, and revenue growth.
- Work closely with stakeholders to launch new features or products, optimizing user experience.
- Improve customer satisfaction and experience from a product standpoint.
- Spearhead relationship management with banks, PA/PGs, and TSPs for B2B product.
- Develop and maintain strong customer-centric principles.
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
- Gain solid knowledge of market trends, regulations, and competition.
- Build sound knowledge of company products and offerings.
- Create business models and high-end decks for product pitches.
- Work on onboarding new prospects and existing players on NBBL products.
- Owning and managing various onboarding and go-live projects simultaneously.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of payments and digital technologies.
- Experience in building and running payments products/platforms.
- Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools.
