**Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Commercial Growth Officer at Fairmount Builders, based in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer service operations. Daily tasks involve developing and implementing growth strategies, leading the sales team to achieve targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also includes general management tasks related to team management and strategic planning.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective growth strategies to drive business expansion
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and complaint management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans

**Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial growth, sales management, and team leadership
  • Strong understanding of the construction and real estate industry, with a focus on commercial properties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
