Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition and HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our talent acquisition and HR operations efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing and Recruitment: Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent for diverse roles.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions.
  • Payroll and Compliance Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, and adherence to labor laws.
  • Performance Appraisals and Attendance Tracking: Conduct regular performance appraisals, track employee attendance, and maintain HRMS tools.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Design and implement initiatives to drive employee engagement, training, and development opportunities.
  • Exit Formalities and Employee Separation: Manage exit formalities in a professional and timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience in HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations, with a strong background in recruitment and talent management.
  • Organizational Ability: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee-handling skills to build strong relationships with employees, management, and stakeholders.
