Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Chennai. This role is crucial to fueling our growth by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top tech talent.
Role Summary
As an IT Recruiter, you will manage the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
for various IT roles. From developing hiring strategies to sourcing, interviewing, and managing offers, you will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet IT hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align on recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
- Stay updated on market trends, technology hiring practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases effectively.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of IT recruitment experience with proven success in closing technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT skills, roles, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
