Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about recruitment, employer branding, and building high-performing teams. You'll play a key role in identifying top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
  • Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms
  • Source candidates using online channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback loops
  • Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment drives
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire)

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and HR software (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with labor laws and hiring best practices is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,MBA ,MSW
  • Internship or prior experience in recruitment or HR is desirable
  • Certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Learning) are a bonus
