Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about recruitment, employer branding, and building high-performing teams. You'll play a key role in identifying top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms
- Source candidates using online channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules and feedback loops
- Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment drives
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies
- Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire)
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and HR software (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with labor laws and hiring best practices is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,MBA ,MSW
- Internship or prior experience in recruitment or HR is desirable
- Certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Learning) are a bonus
