Marketing Brand Manager Role

This is a leadership position that involves overseeing the brand planning process and marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives. The successful candidate will lead a team of brand managers in developing and implementing effective marketing plans, managing budgets, and tracking performance metrics such as top-line growth, market share, and brand profitability.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing large portfolios of brands, preferably for at least 10-12 years, with a proven track record of creating scalable and successful marketing strategies. They should also possess strong analytical, communication, and creative skills, as well as fluency in Microsoft Office.

We are looking for someone who can conceptualize and commercialize innovations, work closely with sales teams, and maintain external relationships with industry associations, KOLs, global counterparts, agencies, and other stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to conceptualize and commercialize innovations

Education:

  • MBA from a reputable institute
  • Graduate in B.Pharm or BSc will be an added advantage
