Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

The Nalanda Educational Institutions is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our school. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, managing communication, and supporting our school's administrative staff and faculty.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with occasional evening or weekend work required. The successful candidate will be primarily office-based with some time spent around the school campus. You will have excellent organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the front office, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and databases.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is well-maintained.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, emails, and other official documents.
- Coordinate communication between the school administration, faculty, parents, and students.

- Manage the school calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist in organizing school events, such as parent-teacher meetings, assemblies, and special functions.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and visitors as needed.

- Provide administrative support to the school principal and other senior staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and conferences.
- Assist with the preparation and management of the school budget.

- Assist with the student admissions process, including handling inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining enrollment records.
- Support the admissions team in organizing orientation sessions and campus tours.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student, staff, and school records.
- Manage electronic and paper filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible and secure.
- Generate and distribute reports as needed.

- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing and updating administrative policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
