Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with partner teams to facilitate seamless credit transactions.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and maintain high-quality portfolios.
  • Support collection efforts on overdue cases in collaboration with partner teams.
  • Maintain management information systems (MIS) data for review purposes.
  • Visit partner offices periodically to strengthen relationships and ensure process alignment.

Skill Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in the NBFC/BFSI sector with exposure to credit/partner management.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and MIS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

This role requires a professional with exceptional analytical abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
