- The Relationship Manager - LAP & Affordable Loans is responsible for sourcing new customers and managing existing relationships to grow the Loan Against Property (LAP) and Affordable Housing Loan portfolio. The role involves business development, credit analysis, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

- Key Responsibilities:
- .Business Development:
- oSource new clients through market visits, channel partners, and referrals.
- oPromote LAP and affordable home loan products in the assigned territory.
- oBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders like builders, real estate agents, and DSA partners.
- .Customer Relationship Management:
- oManage customer lifecycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- oHandle client queries and ensure timely resolution.
- oRegularly follow up with existing customers for renewals, cross-sell opportunities, and referrals.
- .Credit Assessment:
- oConduct initial credit evaluation and financial analysis of customers.
- oEnsure compliance with company's risk policy and documentation standards.
- oLiaise with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursement of loans.
- .Sales Target Achievement:
- oAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for LAP and affordable loans.
- oMonitor performance and proactively take corrective actions to ensure goals are met.
- .Market Intelligence:
- oKeep abreast of market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
- oProvide feedback and insights to the product and marketing teams.
