
IT Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with client IT and business goals.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Project Delivery Oversight: Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle, including onboarding, project delivery, renewals, and escalations.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with delivery teams and technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in business development, account management, or a similar role within IT services or consulting firms.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
