As a strategic risk management professional, you will play a pivotal role in leading the HR function's risk management activities and ensuring that all aspects of HR work are embedded with robust risk management practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing internal governance processes, including consistent controls and monitoring programs, to ensure compliance with local employment laws and delivery of high-quality services in HR.

You will lead audit activities, including establishing a framework to facilitate both internal and external audits, and supporting the team in producing artifacts meeting agreed-upon timeframes. This will involve clear accountability and delivery across team members.

  • Design and implement effective risk management programs to address emerging strategic HR risk management issues.
  • Lead on resolution and represent risk management and compliance on internal HR projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, and have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
