Job Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts and continually identify new opportunities for business growth within designated territories.
  • Scale acquired accounts to achieve sustained run-rate business exceeding $5M USD YoY or scale head count to 50+ within the first year and further by 50% YoY.
  • Maintain positive customer relations through effective liaison between clients and recruiting delivery teams.
Requirements
  • 6-15 years of experience in selling professional services or staffing services in the US market.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new customers for staffing services, including end/direct customers, national staffing vendors, mid-to-large systems integrators, and large Indian SI's.
  • Local market knowledge and strong network of contacts/accounts.
