Job Title: Experienced Trade Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with deep expertise in Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM). The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional and technical knowledge with hands-on experience in full-cycle GTM implementations, integration with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), and cloud migration projects.

This role requires immediate readiness to operate in a hybrid setup from any listed office locations. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can lead and deliver Oracle GTM full-cycle implementations, conduct feasibility analysis, and develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for client-specific GTM solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of preparing configuration documents, technical specifications, and solution design documents. Experience in identifying functional gaps and designing workarounds in collaboration with Oracle and client stakeholders is also essential.

The selected candidate will support all phases of solution development, including configuration, testing, and deployment. They will also manage GTM-related integration and migration, especially from on-premise to Oracle Cloud.

In addition, they will provide domain expertise in global trade compliance and transportation management. A strong understanding of OTM and related integration points is required, as well as experience in on-premise to cloud migrations in Oracle environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and delivering Oracle GTM full-cycle implementations
  • Conducting feasibility analysis and developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
  • Preparing configuration documents, technical specifications, and solution design documents
  • Identifying functional gaps and designing workarounds
  • Supporting all phases of solution development
  • Managing GTM-related integration and migration

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle GTM implementations is required. Proven experience in functional consulting, solution design, and configuration for Oracle GTM is also essential.

We are looking for a collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong documentation and communication skills are required.
