Job Title: Trade Support Analyst">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Matching: Ensure timely and accurate matching of trades to facilitate smooth execution.
  • Trade Settlements: Oversee the settlement process, ensuring all trades are resolved in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Fails Management: Identify and rectify trade fails, minimizing their impact on overall performance.
  • Collateral Booking/Management: Effectively manage collateral bookings, optimizing their utilization and reducing risks.
  • Liaising with Stakeholders: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Trade Support, Referential Team, Front Office, and other relevant teams, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Trade Status Updates: Provide timely updates on trade status, enabling informed decision-making and proactive issue escalation.
  • Issue Escalation: Timely escalate complex issues to senior stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Collaborative Resolution: Work closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues, settling trades efficiently and effectively.
  • Break Investigation: Investigate Nostro and Depo breaks, identifying root causes and implementing timely resolutions to minimize their impact.
