What You'll Do:
- Connect with potential and existing clients via phone to promote our products and services.
- Build lasting relationships by delivering top-notch service and support.
- Re-engage previous users and encourage them back to the platform.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions with confidence.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date client interaction records.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly Account Manager and engagement targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies and goals.
Who You Are:
- Experience in telesales or customer service is a strong plus.
- We welcome freshers with 0 experience as well.
- Self-aware of tasks, and good time management.
- Fluent in English and Hindi with outstanding verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, persuasive, goal-driven, and professional under pressure.
- Skilled at managing objections and rejection with grace.
- Highly organized and efficient with time and tasks.
- Comfortable working with Account Manager targets and performance metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Equipped with a reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
