What You'll Do:

  • Connect with potential and existing clients via phone to promote our products and services.
  • Build lasting relationships by delivering top-notch service and support.
  • Re-engage previous users and encourage them back to the platform.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions with confidence.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date client interaction records.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly Account Manager and engagement targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies and goals.

Who You Are:

  • Experience in  telesales  or  customer service  is a strong plus.
  • We welcome freshers with 0 experience as well.
  • Self-aware of tasks, and good time management.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi  with outstanding verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly, persuasive, goal-driven, and professional under pressure.
  • Skilled at managing objections and rejection with grace.
  • Highly organized and efficient with time and tasks.
  • Comfortable working with Account Manager targets and performance metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office  (Word, Excel).
  • Equipped with a reliable internet connection  and a quiet home workspace.
