Job Title: Global Trade Finance Risk Manager
- This role requires a seasoned professional with 8-12 years of experience in Trade Finance, Non-Financial Risk Management, and Compliance.
- Manage and lead global/regional audit work and projects.
- Drive process improvements and implementation of globally consistent processes.
- Work closely with internal partners to ensure regulatory compliance requirements are met.
- Lead policy reviews, risk assessments, and enhance existing procedures to reduce risks.
- Analyze incoming transactions requests from stakeholders.
- Communicate Sanctions screening results to various stakeholders.
- Focus on process optimization, automation, and simplification to increase efficiency.
- Establish and maintain Business/Audit/Regulatory related Management Information (MI).
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or Applied Economics.
- 8-12 years of work experience in relevant fields.
- Good understanding of all Trade Finance Products.
- Knowledge of Process Management, Sanctions, Regulatory Risk Management, and Findings Management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong Project Management and Analytical skills.
- Able to challenge the status quo and think outside the box.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Self-starter with ability to solve problems independently.
- Pro-actively take responsibility for tasks and projects.
- Very good knowledge of advanced MS Office, Excel, and Tableau reporting tools.
