Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through various channels to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat channels to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Enter data accurately in various platforms to maintain up-to-date customer records.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical queries related to home appliances.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Windows 11 or higher operating system.
  • Wifi speed of at least 20 Mbps.
  • UPS or inverter required for uninterrupted power supply.
  • 8GB RAM or higher.
