Customer Service Representative Job Description

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for our clients.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders, processing customer orders on our website platform, and coordinating logistics with our shipping vendors.

Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining accurate documentation of all customer interactions and resolutions.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. Experience working in an ecommerce operations role is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and other communication channels.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
  • Process and manage customer orders on our DTC website platform, including handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Act as the main point of contact for our shipping vendors and coordinate logistics efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience 1-2 years working in ecommerce operations role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
