- Translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry and technology trends to advise clients effectively and provide expert guidance.
Requirements
">- 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships and delivering successful outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills to influence senior decision-makers.
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility with clients to drive long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
