Job Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage project activities for a Workday HCM project. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HCM modules, integrations, and coordination with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with clients to gather requirements and document critical decisions.
  2. Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning and design through testing and deployment.
  3. Translate client business requirements into specific Workday configurations (Business process, Security, Notifications) for HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Absence, or other modules.
  4. Work directly with clients to analyze and document problems, recommend solutions, initiate corrective actions.
  5. Prepare test scenarios and execute test cases in different testing cycles.
  6. Guide clients during testing cycles and prototype development.
  7. Manage multiple parallel projects using exceptional organizational and time management techniques to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner.
  8. Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement.
  9. Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday processes.
  10. Conduct workshops, trainings, and knowledge sessions.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of Workday HCM modules.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
