Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading project management activities for a Workday HCM project. This role requires in-depth knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules, as well as awareness of integrations and coordination with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with customers to understand strategies, challenges, and goals.
  • Exude strong executive presence and demonstrate superior communication skills to effectively manage pre-sales, project execution in complex environments.
  • Analyze, prototype, and implement new Workday functional features.
  • Present new features and impacts to business and engage in end-to-end regression testing.
  • Manage and coordinate the project from start to finish and ensure successful completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum qualifications: BE/MBA/M.Tech degree and relevant work experience.
  • Workday principal technical consultant experience for Workday implementation and support, including requirement gathering, feasibility study, design, build, and deploy.
  • Workday integration experience in implementation, enhancements, and production support.
