Job Title: Sr Hardware/ASIC Program Manager

Description:

  • The successful candidate will lead complex programs from initiation to delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders on technical matters.
  • Key responsibilities include developing plans of record, managing multiple small programs or a single complex program, tracking key metrics, and identifying risks.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, experience with project management methodologies, and proficiency in tools such as Waterfall and Agile.
  • Additional qualifications include a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
  • The position requires the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, manage global programs across different time zones, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
  • Overall 10+ years of Semiconductor Industry experience and minimum 3+ years of experience in a technical project management role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
  • Experience with project schedule and resource management tools, advanced Excel, power-point.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
