Senior Client Delivery Specialist

At METTL, we are seeking a talented professional to join our Operations team in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation and onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and understanding of our products/services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and optimize service delivery.
  • Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management and clients.
  • Conduct client training sessions and workshops to enhance their understanding and utilization of our offerings.

As a Senior Executive – Client Delivery, you will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth. If you have a passion for client-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and a strong interest in learning and crafting technology products and solutions, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer support or client services.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure or when unexpected issues arise.
  • Strong technical skills and capabilities to understand business applications, analytics, and platform technologies.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and flexibility with timings as per business requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
