Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end business setup process, including trade name registration, drafting of Memorandums of Association (MOA), license issuance, and Emirates ID facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the setup process for new businesses, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ultra-high net worth individuals residing in India, Europe, and Dubai.
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive business reports, presentations, and financial summaries to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Perform administrative tasks, handling sensitive and confidential information on a regular basis.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with project coordination and tracking progress on key initiatives, contributing to the success of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
