We combine artistry with client-focused service to deliver unique, high-quality experiences.Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce & Client Servicing Coordinator to manage our Shopify website, oversee client communications, and ensure smooth execution of our workshops and gifting orders. You will play a key role in maintaining brand excellence across all touchpoints.Key ResponsibilitiesShopify & Website ManagementUpdate product listings, images, and workshop/event detailsMaintain site functionality and ensure accurate stock levelsCoordinate with design for banner updates and seasonal campaignsClient Servicing & CRMRespond to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and callsShare workshop details, follow up on leads, and close bookings/ordersMaintain and update CRM records to track client history and preferencesWorkshops & Order OperationsCoordinate workshop kit dispatches and bulk gifting ordersTrack deliveries and ensure timely follow-ups for customer satisfactionWork closely with vendors and logistics partnersSales & Proposal SupportAssist in creating customised proposals for hampers, workshops, and corporate ordersSupport cold calling and lead outreach for sales growthMandatory Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Shopify (or willingness to learn fast)Strong communication skills (written & verbal)Organised, deadline-oriented, and able to multitaskExperience in client servicing or operations is a plusComfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)Location: East DelhiCompensation: Industry Standard
