Welcome to Charlotte Cake Atelier – where art meets flavour Born in a home kitchen and grown into a boutique dessert brand, we create handcrafted cakes and confectionery goods that bring joy to every celebration. We're now looking for a Client Service & Admin Executive to be the heart of our daily operations—helping us manage clients, coordinate orders, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

  • What You'll Do: Be the first point of contact for all client inquiries (via WhatsApp, Instagram, Phone, or E-mail)
  • Take and manage custom cake/dessert orders, ensuring all details are captured clearly
  • Coordinate order timelines and pickups/deliveries with the kitchen and logistics teams
  • Maintain customer records, update order sheets, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Help with basic admin tasks like managing invoices, stock lists, and scheduling
  • Assist the founder in daily operations and offer warm, helpful service to clients
    • Who You Are: Friendly, organised, and people-loving—you genuinely enjoy helping others
    • Great at multitasking and keeping calm under pressure
    • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, email, and basic digital tools
    • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
    • Prior experience in client servicing, reception, or admin roles is preferred
    • Bonus: You have an interest in baking, design, or boutique food brands
